Our diet plan is not a strict regimen that dictates what you should eat and imposes significant restrictions.
A dedicated nutritionist will customise the plan to suit your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. You will never have to rely on any ‘miracle’ weight loss diets again.
- You eat what you like. We take your preferences into consideration, so if there’s something you dislike, tell us, and it will never appear in your diet plan.
- We develop the plan together. Going out or having a glass of wine with friends? We will take that into account!
- You will learn the principles of healthy nutrition and over time will start to understand how to effectively manage your diet. These new habits will stay with you forever.
- No need to count calories – we will do it for you. Unless you really want to…
- No need to cook separate meals for you and your family. You will enjoy short meal prep times.
Your personal trainer will create a comprehensive training plan designed just for you.
That way you can be sure that the exercises are tailored to your abilities, your body weight, your overall health, and your goals. And most importantly – that it’s the type of physical activity you enjoy!
- You decide where you want to train, when and how many times a week.
- Don’t fancy going to the gym? No problem. You don’t have to! It’s not for everybody.
- We will consider any type of physical activity you enjoy: mat exercise, cycling, swimming or Pilates.
- Not the sporty type? You can start by taking regular walks. Step counting combined with a good diet plan work wonders.
- Workout videos are available on the app. This will allow you to review whether you are doing the exercises correctly.

Here you will find your dedicated plan. You will also be able to keep in touch with your mentor, view your food diary, add photos of your progress, set up a training plan with your coach and add it to your calendar.
What does communication with a coach and a nutritionist look like?
Main communication channel: app
It’s all conducted through our app, where you will find a direct chat, allowing you to contact your personal trainer and ask questions. Trainers are available from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and sometimes on Saturdays. They usually respond within 2-3 hours (maximum 24).
Progress tracking
The app monitors your progress, allowing your coach to see not just your results, but also how you’re feeling, what you eat, and how much sleep you’re getting. This allows them to react quickly and contact you, if need be, so you stay on the right track throughout your journey.
Video feedback
Once a week your coach will record a personalised video for you with feedback to sum up and review your progress. They will discuss your progress and specify your targets for the next week.
5 phone calls over 12 weeks; then one monthly check-up call
The first phone call with your mentor is about your health, training, and nutrition style (beware – it will be very detailed!). The second phone call will help you understand how the plan will work and set your nutrition and/or training goals. We will then have 3 follow-up phone calls (after weeks 3, 7 and 11). You will tell us what you like and dislike and what you would like to change. This will help us personalise your plan better to make sure you are satisfied.
Emergency Call
Not everything in life can be planned. Therefore, you may arrange an ‘Emergency Call’ with your mentor at any time. We are here to help you.

Yes, although we never draw up your training plan at the beginning of your journey with us. Most customers just receive the diet plan or diet plan and training guidance.
You choose where you want to work out, what equipment you want to use (depending on what’s available for you) and your preferred type of exercise. We then design a personalised training plan for you based on this information. We know that the gym is not for everyone, so if you prefer a different type of activity, such as cycling, swimming, running or even walking, we will take that into consideration. Being active is supposed to be enjoyable for you, not an obligatory burden.
Yes! You will find all your at-home workouts, along with videos demonstrating how to do all the exercises correctly, in a dedicated app. Your trainer will also itemise your training calendar in the app.
As much as you feel you can afford to – in terms of your physical ability and available time. We tailor the training plan to fit your life, not the other way around. We believe that sometimes it’s better to move and be active even once a week than not at all.
It depends. Of course, regular check-ups are always advisable, but they are not essential to start working with us. The exception is people who suffer from chronic illnesses and for some reason don’t have their up-to-date check-up results.
Absolutely. Our experts arrange dietary structures for various disorders as well as allergies, intolerances and even elimination diets (e.g., vegetarian). One of our past clients included someone who was permanently bedridden – and we helped them lose weight!
