“How to put into words what happened?!?
I don’t quite know where to start.
Looking at these photos brings up so many emotions|
But from the beginning:
Looking through my Facebook in mid-May, a post popped up: TFH- Training for her
I thought “this is for me but is that even possible?”
At that time, I trained with Agata Zając and Agnieszka Niedobylska 5 times a week, but I didn’t pay much attention to what I was putting on my plate.
I trusted a complete stranger with many years of experience and passion. And I’m incredibly glad I did.
Thanks to the nutritional changes that I implemented on the advice of the trainer Adrian Groszek and regular strength training, I lost 8.2 kg in three months (90 days)
It’s amazing how you can change your feelings about nutrition in 3 months.. This plan was to teach me how to eat and then not fall back into old bad habits…
What have I gained?:
- Confidence
- Contentment and better health
- My skin has improved
- And loads of energy
Now there’s a next phase ahead of me, a very interesting one (because it’s not the end of the adventure yet).
What will it be???
GIVE YOURSELF TIME AND TRUST SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT TO DO.
Being patient pays off…
I wish you perseverance, consistency, and trustl … it can be done … nothing happens overnight … everything takes time … Give time to yourself
