Hello you.
I´ve been training with Mike’s team since the end of March, under the supervision of Jakub.
This is my first approach to losing weight. I’ve never had the urge to change. For a very long time, I didn’t take the time to look at my reflection in the mirror, devoting all my attention to my children, husband, home duties and work.
I am 45 years old, two small children and a sedentary job.
In mid-March, FB showed Mike´s page to me. At the same time, a friend from high school posted her gym video and beautiful back muscles. Another friend sent me a picture of herself in the ring because she started practicing boxing. Another showed how she stands on her head while practicing yoga. And it was an impulse!
I wrote to Mike because I couldn’t stand the fact that my friends are doing something not to age, to live healthy, to look beautiful, and I’m getting older and with my diet I was heading towards type 2 diabetes!
In conversations preceding with our cooperation, I explained to Maciej and later Jakub that my intention is not only to lose weight, but to change my lifestyle, change my diet, etc., that I wanted this change to stay with me forever, and not temporarily as when using quick fixes diets .
Jakub is a fantastic coach. What I love about him is that he can listen, that he shares his news, that he is supportive even in difficult situations, especially when problems arise.
Therefore, in the first nine weeks I managed to get rid of 9 kg. Then the weight stopped. There was impatience, there was negativity compounded by friends’ comments about slow weight loss. No one was motivated by seeing my transformation. This clipped my wings a bit, but Jakub came with more help and motivation.
I participated in Mike´s online training sessions, which I highly recommend, I was also looking for information from other sources.
Started following English Pages about nutrition, training and other blogs. Even Men’s Health, in search of exercises for chest muscles.
Along with getting rid of 9 kg , understood that I wanted to look better, that I wanted to build shapely arms, a flat stomach, slim thighs. I was ready to shed more pounds and exercise more.
It still working on it, 11.5 kg less on the counter. After my 6-month challenge with Jakub, I decided to continue working with this team. Thanks to Jakub’s persuasion, I started using the gym and looking into the classes that are offered there.
I love it! Thanks to the exercises planned by Jakub, I fell in love with physical activity. I have developed a very good condition by exercising at home, thanks to which I received a lot of praise from PT’s at the gym. And all thanks to My Trainer.
I recommend, Jakub and Monika, for whom I fell in love. I believe that Mike has gathered great professionals. Listen to them, ask them. They are there for you.
